Our basic requirements from life are to be healthy and happy, having control over our own lives and to have enough knowledge to stay a balanced and well person.

In order for this to happen we need to understand how our mind and body operates, how we react to situations, what our needs are and how to heal ourselves.

The body is a complexity of nerves, blood vessels, membrane tissue, bone structure, muscle and brain with a memory to act upon outside influences. To maintain our bodies and keep them in a healthy state there are basic principles we need: sunshine, fresh air, pure water, good sleep, exercise, healthy eating, balanced nutrition, hygiene and not to forget, love.

Often our Health problems stem from basic situations such as poor hygiene, incorrect diet etc. In all health conditions there is always an underlying factor that triggers of the condition of poor health. It is important to understand our body's basic requirements and to recognize deficiency symptoms, stress levels and pollutants before they develop into crisis situations.

The process of staying well and being healthy is not an automatic right; you have to earn the right to stay well. Think positive and make changes gradually.
