Nutritional Advice

Developing an understanding of a good nutrition you have to think beyond your normal diet, your normal view of food and what you eat. It is a basic foundation that to feel right about eating to stay healthy so you can lead a positive life.

Eating is the fundamental source in which we supply our body and mind with balanced nutrition. Meals are supposed to be a time of nourishment.

Whichever way you have a meal or a snack, the crucial issue is that the food you eat has important elements of healthy living: the correct level of nutrient support; a happy frame of mind while eating; a healthy environment; the food must be healthy.

Food has to allow for healthy cell growth and nourishment and a sound nutrition for a healthy body.

Traditionally food patterns were/are seasonal and eaten accordingly. These day's people eat the same food all year around, often sprayed or force fed with chemicals and hormone feeds for fast growth. The modern eating patterns are biologically unsound; it creates a weaker digestive system from eating multiple food combinations, denuded deficient foods, fried foods and synthetically processed foods. This leaves the body open for disease. Instant food creates instant health problems, such as tiredness, lethargy, blood and bowel disorders.

Overeating is as bad as frequently eating the wrong foods.

Organically grown food in naturally well-fertilized soil will contain the full nutrient value required to sustain sound human health. A large percentage of highly processed food are low in fibre, high in fat, salt and/or sugars and additives and are made with hardened, hydrogenated oil. They may supply us with energy; they won't nourish our bodies as traditional foods do.

As a generalization, the more food has been altered and processed, the more likely it is to be deficient in vitamins and minerals and will contain additives.
